During the last few months I have taken individual threads that have been hanging around in my mind for years and began to weave them into a book that I expect to finish by 2014. After four decades of working on the front lines of disease reversal and life prolonging with pure organic and plant-based methods, a vivid pattern of cause and effect has emerged. For so long, my mind labored in the arena that caged me from going beyond the concept of flesh and blood anatomy. It often reminded me of beginning school at a first grade level and wanting to read Socrates without the ability to do so. Like a bolt of lightning, many revelations came together and began to expose the cycle of life, which is the true engine that runs our bodies and the total universe that we reside with, on and in.
Painting a picture to describe this fruitful exploration begins with yourself. Beyond the protein that holds your body together, the vitamin and mineral sheathing that covers it, the essential fats that fuel it and the water and oxygen that shape it, the underlying purpose for your body?s existence is the electricity that it takes in and creates. There is a continual and perfect communication from cell to cell and from gathering of cells to gathering of cells. This communication also reaches beyond your body to all other life outside.
This rhythmic and energetic process is strong yet fragile. It can be thrown off by a weakening of the anatomical integrity of the cells or their central electrical frequencies. This weakening can occur via poor nutrition, dehydration and / or polluted hydration, lack of oxygen, intake of heavy metals or chemicals or renegade electromagnetic fields such as cell phones, Wi-Fi, etc.
All abnormalities that have been labeled as diseases stem from the negative energies that are endured from the poor lifestyle choices and unsustainable environment we’ve created on planet Earth today.
Our core vulnerability stems from the reduction of bio-frequency that occurs in the cell, which heightens its fragility to make it ineffective in communication and contribution. When these disturbances are critical, they can even cause a cell to mutate.
When you ingest ionized, rich, raw plant-based foods, it provides foundational energy. You then have to consider avoiding negative energy fields or at least protecting yourself from them with electromagnetic-field-interrupting devices or tools.
What is more difficult to avoid and personally restrain from is the negative energy that we absorb or spew from discontented emotional states. Most of you have seen this and experienced it. Certain people, places or environments can make you feel uncomfortable, on edge and drained.
With a discombobulated sense of self, most people are sponges rather than water hoses, stealing energy from all other forms of life. All bad effects of these encounters can be minimized if you maintain a strong electrical current in your cells, manifesting a powerful anatomy and persona. Just as an electric fence rejects the unwanted invaders of a terrain, an electrically charged person can ward off disease and fallibility of thought.
Picture all that you see, understand, touch, and feel as little dots of electricity. Some may be flowers, some steel, some rock, some cats, and some locomotives and jet planes. The shapes, forms, and lives are created by energy. This energy comes in the form of these electric dots.
When a light bulb fades, susceptibility to disorder rises. In the case of steel, it is oxygen that erodes it into rust. In the case of humans, it is negative thought and sustenance as well as environmental toxins that contribute to disorder.
In this 21st century, we must go well beyond this façade and realize that the less seriously we take structure, and the more we accept the invisible and unknown energies of life, the healthier we and the earth we reside on will be.
This all begins with microscopic cells that need to be respected and cared for in a thorough and proper way. As our minds free us from the constraints of matter, we will surge forward in our understanding that our endless search must be for the “Fountain of Electric,” not the Fountain of Youth.
In years past, my book, “Lifeforce,” expressed that there is no such thing as a calorie, only a measurement of energy. We have gathered together enough experience that we can express to you which foods and noninvasive therapies will fortify your fields of bio-frequency.

Without water, there is no life. Humans can only survive for a few days without consuming this nectar of the gods. Much of this liquid nourishment comes from the food we eat. The most water-rich foods –and therefore the most healthy — are plant-based, organic and raw.
With their electromagnetic, ionic charges, the juices extracted from fresh, vegan fare fulfills the need for hydration while supplying high-level nutrition. Water constitutes a significant portion of the body mass in every living thing.
Much of the oxygen we need comes from water — another reason we should drink copious amounts. Surprisingly, an average daily intake of water for an adult contains approximately three times as many molecules of oxygen as are consumed through respiratory metabolism.
A person who is not living in an arid climate and/or active in the outdoors should consume a minimum of 1-2 ounces of water per pound of body weight per day. For very active individuals, and those residing in the desert, more is required.
Water not only hydrates our trillions of cells — it helps to clear our bodies of toxins and is the most effective lubricant and carrier of bioelectric energy. Even our bones are made up of 40 percent water. Dehydration can actually provoke death. All we have to do to see water’s power on us is to avoid drinking for a full day.
The molecular structure of water is also of great interest. Stagnation (lack of movement) and chemical manipulation cause water molecules to become disorganized. This disorganization creates friction when cells attempt to absorb water. This interrupts hydration. When our cells lack hydration, dysfunction occurs.
Water is so central to our physical and spiritual needs that to ignore the importance of water may cause disaster — both personally and globally.
If wars have been fought over oil — a substance that we merely invented a need for — what are we willing to do for access to that which makes all life possible? In this century, this question will manifest into reality, becoming a critical factor in international affairs.
It is important we all realize that water is a sacred substance. After all, each of us resided in water in our mothers’ wombs for nine months. Unfortunately, many of us consider H2O an abundant substance that does not deserve respect.
In many indigenous cultures, water is a carrier of disease. For this reason, “civilized man” began assaulting water’s potential microbes with deadly, human-made chemicals. This resulted in myriad new problems rooted for this extraordinary elixir. Cancer and many other illnesses are directly connected to the fluoride, chlorine and chemical debris that float within drinking water.
As far back as 1990, the Environmental Protection Agency concluded that chemicals such as fluoride, an aluminum industry byproduct intentionally placed in municipal water systems, causes tumor growth. Chlorine (another intentional additive) is far from harmless. It has been directly linked to the risk of miscarriage, birth defects, and weakening of the immune system.
The average public water supply contains a minimum of 27 different chemicals. Pharmaceutical drugs, including steroids, insect repellents, pesticides, fungicides and herbicides — as well as many more organic and inorganic chemicals — reside not only in municipal water, but in Earth’s waters.
Contamination isn’t only a concern when drinking; bathing and showering in this toxic stew allows even more of these vile substances through your skin. Globally, our aquatic ecosystems are slowly but surely being destroyed by human-made chemicals. Our greed and carelessness also cause weather-related disorder. The idea that we can pour pollution into our water and air and then simply “strain it out” is absurd. Such thinking must be abandoned. Nearly every lake, river, stream and pond in Europe and North America contains mercury. We must immediately begin to treat water with the same respect with which we aspire to be treated.
How can we deny that water possesses character and energy? When observing waves crashing on the shore or whirlpools that dot rivers, brooks and streams, we see that the power of water is tremendous. This wondrous substance has the potential to stir us, calm us, frighten us or awaken us. Water is the primal element from which we all spring and that to which we ultimately return as we break apart and become part of Earth’s great system.
Throughout history, many humans have understood the central need for H2O. It is used to baptize newborns, and some cultures send elders off in boats to the “Aqua Yonder.” Nothing is more calming than staring at the ripples in the lake or even a contemplation pond. Water respects people so much that it manifests our images as we gaze through the transparent liquid.
Swimming in clean water has proven to be the only exercise that utilizes every muscle in complete coordination with all parts of the brain. Therapeutically, water calms muscles, releases pain, and activates the lymphatic system and bloodstream. Cleansing our bodies of the many ounces of waste that leave through our skin each day is possibly the second most important function of water. When we choose the purest water, our bodies hydrate, function, and excrete at maximum levels.
There is actually a well-established science surrounding the therapeutic benefits of bathing in healing waters, including mineral springs, jacuzzis and hot tubs. The health of our water is nothing short of the health of our species.
Allow yourself to rekindle a healthy and balanced relationship with water, our second most important element, only trumped by oxygen. When you learn to use this phenomenal gift in a kind and respectful way, you will gain the benefits that it is here to offer.

Over the past several decades, Hippocrates Health Institute has been researching things that endanger human health. There is danger lurking in something that people touch every day, but give little thought to — their clothing.
An estimated 8,000 chemicals are employed to transform raw materials into clothes, according to The Ecologist magazine. This process involves bleaching, dyeing, scouring, sizing and finishing the fabrics.
Synthetic clothing now commonly contains such toxins as formaldehyde, brominated flame retardants, and perfluorinated chemicals like Teflon fibers to give trousers, skirts and other apparel “non-iron” and “non-wrinkle” durability. Perfluorinated compounds, it should be pointed out, are classified as cancer-causing agents under U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidelines.
Important things to know about clothing:
Bras
There are strong correlations between the use of bras and breast lumps or cysts, which are thought to be precursors to breast cancer. Evidence showing a link between bras and breast cancer emerged in 1991 from a study of breast size and breast cancer risk by researchers in the Department of Epidemiology at the Harvard School of Public Health. Published in the European Journal of Cancer, this survey of thousands of women found that, “Premenopausal women who do not wear bras had half the risk of breast cancer compared to bra users.”
Synthetic Clothing
Studies show that synthetic undergarments can warp male sexuality and diminish fertility. Synthetic clothing also poses dangers regarding fire safety, so much so that the commanding general of the Marines in Iraq ordered his troops in 2006 to stop wearing synthetic fabrics any time they went off-base. Medical studies also show that synthetic fibers, conventionally used for athletic clothing, actually inhibit athletic performance. This is because the electrostatic field emission from the clothing affects muscle fibers in the body. Synthetic materials also “off-gas” from the day they’re made until the day they’re thrown away. They release minute amounts of chemicals that are absorbed through the skin and lungs. These toxic fumes can cause cancer and neurological disorders.
Cotton (nonorganic)
Twenty-five percent of all the pesticides used on our planet are sprayed onto cotton crops. For this reason, people should always choose organic cotton or other organic natural fibers.
“Easy Care” Clothing
No-iron or stain-resistant shirts and pants are often sprayed with formaldehyde. While many countries enforce strict regulations regarding formaldehyde, the United States only enforces “voluntary” standards, with no levels or limits stated.
Laundry’s Dirty Secret
An analysis of laundry wastewater, both industrial and from public laundromats, performed a few years ago by the Environmental Working Group, detected a range of hormone-disrupting contaminants being released. Phthalates, used to stabilize fragrances, are hormone-disruptive chemicals commonly added to detergents and other cleaning products.
Fire Retardant
Many nations require infant’s clothing to be sprayed with flame-retardant chemicals. This is among the deadliest clothing treatments and is directly linked with tumor growth and mental illness. Of course, babies are the most sensitive to these kind of toxic materials.
The best immediate changes one can make:
• Buy only natural fiber clothing as you buy new clothes, especially for your children and babies. Good options are cotton, flax, hemp, silk, wool and linen. Less common natural fiber options include alpaca, angora, camel, cashmere, mohair, ramie and saluyot.
• Buy only organic clothing when possible, certainly organic undergarments, since the reproductive organs are among the areas most sensitive to toxins.
• Steer clear of “Easy Care” and flame-retardant clothing.
• Start getting rid of synthetic clothing you’ve accumulated.

Over the past few decades, we at Hippocrates Health Institute have conducted research into the electrical frequency of our food and the effect that electrical charge has on the frequency of healthy cells. In conjunction with the photographic research conducted at UCLA in the mid-seventies, which measured the relative energy level in different foods, we have created a list of foods from highest to lowest in energy content.
Why are wheatgrass, edible weeds, and tropical fruits at the top of the list? Because they have the most sunlight, or lifeforce energy, in them. In this system, we recognize that all life on the planet comes from the sun. It is collected by plants in the form of ultraviolet rays, which are energy. The ratings of the listed foods are based on the radiance they contain and emit. Higher levels of food have greater radiance because their cells are capable of capturing and maintaining greater amounts of ultraviolet rays from the sun.
Five-star food (*****) indicate those with the greatest nutritional and electrical frequency available; fewer stars indicate diminished potencies and vitality. Nutritional quality and quantity are created within each plant and are determined by the amount of sun energy contained within the cell structure of the plant.
Please note that even at the lowest levels, cooked food is not mentioned because none of it registers any measurable frequency. Our research shows that cooked vegetables neither contain nor emit energy. Although dairy foods and meat do not contain radiance, both do absorb energy form the body when they are consumed. While cooked food does not contribute energy to your body, dairy and meat are even worse: they deplete your energy reserves.
The lesson to be learned from these observations is basic common sense. Those who consume the least amount of meat have the fewest incidences of man-made disease and illness, while those who consume the highest amount of meat have the most health problems. Those who consume absolutely no animal products have the fewest diseases and health problems.
Argentinians, Australians, Northern Europeans, and North Americans—the heaviest consumers of animal-based food—are also the sickest based on World Health Organization statistics on cancer, heart disease, and other maladies of the industrialized world. Ironically, these people are also among the most economically prosperous. Sadly, many of those who are neither prosperous nor carnivorous suffer at the other end of the dietary spectrum as the victims of malnutrition and starvation. As with all areas of life, what is needed is balance: Those with the means must improve their diets; those without the means must be accommodated with health-promoting food.
Using the star-rating system, you can determine what level of energy you would like to achieve. At times, one-star foods are acceptable even for people in the platinum range. The lower energy content of sprouted grain and bean preparations decelerates the metabolism, allowing for healthy weight gain in those who do no resistance exercise. People who are in the bronze or copper realms can use the four- and five-star foods to increase stamina and clarity.
Do not limit yourself or try to maintain unrealistic goals. After reading this information, many robust dreamers will say they want to live exclusively on five-star foods and remain permanently on the platinum platform. When they fail to achieve this objective, they may relinquish their hopes and sabotage their own dreams. Refined emotions, a positive self-image, constructive experience, and common sense should govern your choices.
If you never fail to do your best, you will progress securely and eventually live in a comfort zone that fits you and your life at that time. However, just because the given level is comfortable, do not get so complacent with it that you fail to constantly try to achieve higher levels of functioning or remain at the highest level once you have reached it. If you are already at the highest level, reside there with the highest level of dignity as well.
