Kelp/Zucchini Noodles with Miso Ginger sauce

Ingredients:
Kelp Noodles or Zucchini Noodles
Carrot, chopped finely
2 green onions, diced
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon miso dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm water
½ teaspoon fresh ginger
Pinch salt

Directions:
1.Rinse and cut the kelp noodles. Rinse with some warm water to warm them a bit.
2.Mix up a sauce of the miso water, fresh ginger, and salt.
3.Toss sauce onto the noodles.
4.Stir in carrots, onions, and sesame seeds.
