Kelp/Zucchini Noodles with Miso Ginger Sauce

Kelp Zucchini Noodles with Miso Ginger Sauce

-kelp noodles or zucchini noodles
-carrot, chopped finely
-2 green onions, diced
-sesame seeds
-1 tablespoon miso dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm water
-1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
-pinch salt

Rinse and cut the kelp noodles. Rinse with some warm water to warm them a bit.

Mix up a sauce of the miso water, fresh ginger, and salt.

Toss sauce onto the noodles.

Stir in carrots, onions and sesame seeds.
