Welcome to Crazy Sexy Life!
After a long virtual pregnancy, my water broke late last night and with a few scratchy pushes out came TWINS! My new website/blog, and a forum facelift. Aren’t they purdy? Mother and both webbie-newborns are resting peacefully.
As I mention in our February newsletter, 2009 is definitely the year of re-invention. Thanks to President O the paradigm shift is here. Lots of folks are already pledging to participate. Perhaps you’ve committed to make a small or large difference in the world.
Maybe you’re turning off lights, cutting back on animal products or giving them up all together (yeah!), juicing your body back to health, or donating time and/or funds to organizations on the frontlines of change.
Whatever you do, DO SOMETHING. The sparkly stars are aligned for our collective success, so let’s seize the moment. Personally, I’m shifting from the Cancer Cowgirl to a “PREVENTION IS HOT” cheerleader. There’s no better time to devote my holistic-love-fire to a wider audience of health seekers.
With progress in mind, I’ve pulled together a “Charlie’s Angels” dream team of visionaries to contribute. These Holy Rollin’ Hot Mamas are my Blog Posse, and they’re gonna rock your world! Together we do sexy stuff like wake folks up, hug the environment, vote with our forks, preach the gospel of moving the God Pod –either as a spiritual practice or as a means to create a great ass (whatever works for you), tackle animal rights issues, lap dance in lotus pose, etc.
Be sure to get really snoopy when you cruise the site. We’ve put together reading lists, health links, directories, wellness centers, green tips, going veg tips, and lots of other useful resources. We even threw together a funky little welcome video… FAQ’s, more vids, and other juicy stuff to come so keep checking back. And if we’ve missed something, let us know. Cruise on over to “contact” and send us an email!

I posted this on your ‘old’ blog…but wanted to share the comment here because honestly, its a little confusing and I’m not sure how to post…oh well, you’ll have to live with me :)
I’m clicking and clicking and soaking in the moment with you. You are right, we have some beautiful blogger memories which will be forever cherished, but change is inevitable. Here we stand in the doorway of our new home.
It has been a difficult week for our community…losing our loved ones hurts so deeply, but our angels will be with us as we embark on the next steps of our journey. New friends to meet, lessons to learn and more of life to share.
Thank you for your hard work, love and dedication….and for allowing me to be a part of it all. Kris, my life is so much better because I found you….I am certain that good karma will be returned to you a million times over.

Kris – love the new site, looks great! QUESTION – I am slowly adding in some of the supplements you recommended last time you wrote on here about them (slowly, meaning, as i can afford them ha) and now notice you didn’t mention a daily multivitamin in this post. I would like to know if you are still taking a daily multi or no?? also, are there other supplements you take that you did not mention here (that you are not taking because you are fasting). i’m new to the supplement world obviously and am just trying to get on track with the right brands and needs for my body. thank you!
