The Adventure Cleanse Tune-up (ACT) Survey!
If you followed our very first 28-day online cleanse, pretty please (with stevia on top) take a moment to fill out our survey. With your help, we can make this cleanse an international success! We posted the survey on the forum yesterday and have been happy-overwhelmed by the response. So far it looks like ya’ll have a TERRIFIC experience. It’s true what they say, there is power in numbers. The biggest lesson that I took from the 28 days is that we all need support. We need to connect with people who are doing exactly what we are so we can share in the victories, stumbles and results. Here’s a sneak peak from what the survey is teaching us…
When asked to rate the cleanse, an overwhelming majority of Adventurers checked the “Totally Awesome” box! Hip hip hooray!
The top 3 biggest detox symptoms?
#1 – Fatigue
#2 – Headache
#3 – Cranky
The top 3 improvements?
74% – Better mood
73% – More energy
62% – Weight loss
Check out what our Adventurers have decided to integrate into their lives post-cleanse:
Chow
94% – More raw foods
63.9% – Vegan (YEAH!)
63.9% – Gluten-free
62% – Coffee-free
58% – Low-glycemic
God Pod Upgrades
76.4% – More exercise
68% – Meditation
62.5% – Affirmations
44.4% – Prayer
When asked to describe the best part of the 28 days, the comments made me cry. There are too many to share but here are just a few that might inspire you to join us next time around!
“My poo was wonderful”
“Meeting my brokeness with love”
“Learning from my slip ups”
“The amazing community support”
“Feeling wonderfully energized”
“A vegan diet isn’t as hard as I thought”
“Being in control of my health again”
“I just feel nicer to myself”
“The biggest difference is my confidence”…
Of course there was the hardest parts too, but I was surprised – it wasn’t so bad. Overall folks loved the way we structured the 28 days, the complaints were more about what they missed – “coffee, cheese, sugar!” – Oh, and “wine”!
Needless to say I am extremely proud of the group. You are all so caring and constructive, and your improvement suggestions are terrific! We will do our very best to implement as many of your ideas as possible. Thank you so much for taking the time to try this program and for fulling out our very useful survey.
Peace & multiple choice,
Kris

Hey Kris,
I had to miss out on the cleanse but will definitely do the next one.
I am curious to know how many people answered the survey ( to get a better idea of what the %age really represent, and do you maybe have an idea of how many people did the cleanse?
I love love love your blog! I’d be so bored if it didn’t exist.

Kris,
I am so bummed I missed out on this cleanse but I would definitely take on the next one.. For those ready to jump on the ACT bandwagon, must we wait for the next or can we follow the posts for the one just completed? Thank you Kris for your beautiful spirit and for creating this site that makes people feel welcome and empowered.. You rock Kris Bliss..
Hi Alex, we just posted the survey and so far we’ve received about 100 responses. We estimate between 300-500? Hard to really know. Thanks for the compliment! xo
Mia: You sure can jump in – go for it. I will tell you that it’s much easier to do with the group. xo
One more thing…
Several people reported a better sex drive. VAVOOM! xo
I am with Mia..Kris
Sounds like there needs to be an ACT 2..this was very inspiring even joining in reading about it at the tail end..
and for sure I , and many others I bet, would like to be part of it so please I hope this is a consideration for the not too distant future..
Support being the main key here..
Buen Dia,Lisa
This cleanse was a fantatic experience. It really worked to get me back on track for better more thoughtful food consumption. I learned so much and am so very very thankful for this online community of friends and allies. I am confident that my cancer is gone; but should it rear its ugly head in the future I am comforted and empowered to know where to turn for all the support I need to fight back and win. I so wish I had known about this awesome community as I watched my dear friend suffer and die two years ago. I think about her every day and this expereince has me even more convinced than ever that the food we choose is integral to the physical and emotional people we are. I love you all! Ryan
Since I just found out I have a carcinoid tumor in my lung, and having just gone to the library and checked out Crazy Sexy Cancer Tips (LOVE IT)and discovered this web site, I missed out on the 28 day on line cleanse. How can I get that info?
