To whomever it may concern:My previous comment (as well as this one) was left by automated spamming software. I just took a look at some of the sites that it hit and I see that it seems to have left comments in inappropriate places that made the comments themselves seem pretty damn insensitive. I just wanted to clear up the fact that I never actually read any of the posts and I’m really not a horrible person – It was all done automatically by a robot that left a comment on a bunch of blog posts that contained the phrase “my life sucks”. I sincerely apologize if I offended anyone – I’m just a spammer who was trying to get links to his site.If you haven’t already, you should probably delete the original comment, along with this one.

I love this.. I think what you have described without you saying it is that we have to get down to our essence our spiritual self. I love that. I shop for shoes.. no joke.. well I do but that is a different therapy. I have huskies and everyday rain, shine and heat we hit the park.. the park is our nirvana… nothing exist for Saatchi and I while the others are running but our walk and our talk. We take a seven mile trip and actually take each minute of it in.. we lanquish in it, the smells, the sweat, the mist, the people, the trees what bloomed today what didn’t… oh it must have been abig weekend people left trash on the walk.. the zen walk we do the last three miles where she runs the show and I close my eyes and let the universe take us around the track.. I love it. I am also an artist but that sadly is not used often.. I am a photographer and a painter but I sadly dont get to do much of that in the busy times.. but that is ok.. because the park will be there tomorrow. This blog is being run off and sent to all the co-dependent give it all then die loves of my life.. it is the building ground of making time for yourself.. start small and just do it. Great article, Kate. I just received my life coaching certification and I am currently working on my blog. I am at peace when I am doing anything that is related to life coaching. Whether it be working on a newsletter for my blog or working with my own life coach. I turn to life coaching instead of a Twix, when things get to hectic.
