Lola’s Weekend Update
Woofy Friday!
These are some recent snaps from a day in the life of marvelous me (AKA Lola). Obviously I am tons of fun! If you’re looking for some awesome company, unconditional love, heart opening tenderness and a lick on the cheek, get someone like me at your local shelter. Rescue dogs are the coolest! Puppy mills suck.

My dad calls these pictures “Swami Justgotabathananda”. He’s dumb and funny.

Mom wanted to get me this coat but I protested. Come on! It makes me look like a fat mobster!

We got this one instead. Green is my color.

This is my pig mask. I call it “pig mask” because it’s the remains of my favorite stuffed animal.

Chillin’ in my back yard.

On the other side of my fence there’s cool trails with tons of my favorite snack – deer poop! Have you ever tried it? Tastes like fritos!
Have a righteous weekend.
Peace & paws,
Lola

Good choice on the coat! :) The black one did make her look like a fat mobster, especially with the hairy chest and gold chain!
These pictures put a big smile on my face. Could she be any cuter??
I found my new guru-Swami Justgotabathananda! Thank you for the adorable photos which made me laugh and cry. Goddess bless our companion animals – I couldn’t make it through without my cat – aloof as he sometimes is (because he is his own person and not my affection slave), he gives me a reason to keep going one more day.
I am a huge Lola fan!!! My dog, Ginger, eats rabbit poop, not sure if it taste like Fritos, I will have to ask her. Love the coat!!
Oh, my goodness. I’m crazy about you, Lola! I hope you’ll be a featured guest speaker more often. You are absolutely adorable and bring a huge smile to my face!
Love, love, LOVE the pig mask! I have to admit that deer poop is something I haven’t thought of trying before. You have a gift for broadening my horizons, I just just feel it!
Thanks for sharing with us–it must not have been easy typing with paws, but you’ve done a fine job!
Lots of love to you,
Wendi Dee
XOXOXO
p.s. I agree the mobster coat was a bit much, but that green one suits you well!
Lola, you got me laughing out loud first thing in the morning which is always a good thing! You are FUNNY : )
So much FUN!! Just what I needed today =)
THANKS!!
Smiles!!!
Lola, love, lovely Lola….didn’t Eric Clapton have a song about Love, Lovely, Lola…she’s a peach!
Hey Lola paws up this is Saatchi, Callie and Duncan’s helping hands Husky. Mom got me one of those coats.. but I cannot get use to the buckle. You look snazzy. I know what you mean about your favorite toy. Yappy Dog was my favorite toy cause he barks.. but mom took a kitchen knife to him and now he is unyappy.. Mom swears that the thing never shut up but that is because she put him in the washer….duh……Anyway.. he is still hanging with me. I love that you are out and about in the snow. It is hot here but I love to take a nip in the pond. Mom thinks the park is safer but I have ways… Hope you have a great day. I love the deer poop thing.. all natural. My mom doesn’t get that either but humans what you gonna do. She is all about the carrots. if I eat another carrot I will turn orange.. but she is trying. maybe tonight she will make the sweet potatoe carrot puffs.. those are great and just for pups so dad doesn’t snatch them.. here is the reciepe.. they are organic and all that.. enjoy.. talk soon. Saatchi bark bark tail wiggle…lick. paws up.
Those pictures of Lola made me laugh out loud!!!! THANKS FOR SHARING THEM.
Dear Lola,
My mom is typing this for me as my paws are a bit awkward on the keys, you know how it is.
You are one cute girl and you share all my interests!
I wish we could play and run together. My parents got me from a rescue too and it’s the BEST thing they ever did.
Well, next to having my big sister Sam….

Lola! You make me laugh!
Wyn (my rescue dog) says that kitty treats are better and he likes to get them out of the buffet (aka the litter), and to rinse them down you can visit the martini fountain next door (Mom calls it a toilet)! Ohhh, gotta run, my girlfriend is here!
Aw Lola! Looks like you’re having an awesome time with Mom and Dad!
We love you!
xxoxo
Lola is my favorite blogger so far!
My daughter and I were looking at this together and she started humming the wedding march when she saw your dog with the towel on her head.
You just absolutely make me smile. Thanks! Shhhhh, please don’t tell Oliver about deer poop. Not that we have any in the city but you never know he might substitute bird poop or yes that delicacy, his own poop! *grin*
Our current dog and the one had to put to sleep in June of 2005 were both from the pound. Is there any other way to have a dog? Not in this house.
Lola takes the best pics! My dog is my best friend. He has kept me sane through this whole disease thing.
Dear Lola,
I love your new coat. It looks really comfy. Personally, my favorite snack is Kat Krunchies. I’ve never had Deer Poos, but I’ll have to see if my mom can get me some–they sound delicious!
All my best,
Pixie the Chihuahua ;)
Luv ya !
: )
I am smiling ear to ear looking at these pics…just what I needed today esp since I haven’t seen my Buster in 2 days. Thanks Lola for making me smile :-D

Lola – aren’t you the cutest thing!! You totally made my day and weekend!
