Watermelon Elixir

Goddess Watermelon Elixir
4 cups Watermelon
(Seeds are fine, they blend to nothing in the Vitamix, or if you want, you can strain them out when it’s all said & done)
Coconut Water from 1 Young Coconut
(You can buy Thai young coconuts in most health food stores or Asian markets now; To Open:  shave off the white tip as close to the shell as possible, then crack open the top in a 1-2 inch square w/ the heel of a heavy knife, top should pop right open in a perfect circle, then pour water out!  You can scoop the meat out & eat it as a snack or save and use for your next smoothie or recipe!)
1 tsp Spirulina
(Spirulina adds a nice balance to all the sweet, while providing protein, minerals, and B-vitamins!  To the spirulina skeptics:  Don’t worry, you can’t taste the green!)
Very simple!  Pour everything into the blender & blend!
