A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU for being a light on what could be a dark path. I was already a huge fan — followed you on Oprah, saw your film, joined your posse, worked with you at Kripalu. I was a believer but not really living the talk. Sure, I juiced and ate sprouted grains — alongside my charcoal-grilled chicken and daily sugar treats.

THEN, I got blood tests results, and a PET /CT, that indicated I may have cancer. Thanks to all the info I got from you, I kicked into high gear, removing all animal products, wheat and sugar from my life, adding more yoga and meditation and other good things.

Not only did I start to feel fantastic (after about a week), but two ultrasounds and one MRI could not find the cancer.

I now live in GRATEFUL land and am so happy that you share all you do, and that you encourage others to share as well.

THANK YOU for this and so much more.

P.S. Forgot to add — I was looking for some things and having trouble finding exactly what I wanted online. Then I got the e-mail that the shop was open for business, went there, and found what I was looking for. You are an angel on earth, who seems to appear at the right time in my life.
