I am just now at age 60 learning about acidity and ph levels. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosus and high blood pressure, both of which are directly related to high acidity. So, i bought my first batch of ph sticks(?) and the proof is in the color!!!! My ph level is good in the normal and after 9 hours of high school teaching, it's very acidic, and after a few more hours, it's normal again. Thank God, I'm 60, and about to retire. I never knew when the moment would be right, but my body is telling me now. Thank you body, the vessel of my life. Thank you for your article and wisdom. Love, Sarah
